I work with the methods of systemic psychotherapy, sculpturing and family constellations, somatic trauma therapy (as taught by P.Levine), brainspotting, EFT, NLP and hypnosystemic approaches.

The focus of my therapeutic work lies in helping patients to restore their lost resources and discover new abilities and qualities. Traumatic experiences, difficult circumstances or acute crises often prevent a person from living fully in the present.
In an appreciative atmosphere, obstructions can be cleared and new paths can be developed. The aim is a fulfilled life with psychological and emotional health.

My professional background:

Studied English and German language and literature, philosophy-psychology and education at the University of Vienna.
Worked as a schoolteacher and in adult education from 1983.
Therapist at various institutions.
Advisory work in private practice since 1993
Psychotherapist since 1998.
Supervisor at various institutions in the psychosocial sector.

I offer therapy and supervision in German and English.
